Policy / Refunds
Refunds remedy our failure.
This policy is part of how we sell: plain terms, stated before you sign. If we fail to deliver, we make it right. If the work was delivered and used, it is earned. Either way, you will never have to guess where you stand.
When a refund applies
- Non-delivery: a deliverable you paid for was not delivered
- Material defect: a deliverable has a material defect we do not cure
- Missed window: we miss a delivery window stated in your Order
What a refund is not
- Not a remedy for a change of mind after value has been delivered or consumed
- Audits delivered, service months run, and monitoring performed are earned and are not refundable
- Where a refund applies, it covers the undelivered portion only
How a problem gets resolved
Fix first. Credit second. Refund third.
Remedies run in that order. First we cure the failure. If a cure does not resolve it, we credit your account against future fees. If neither resolves it, we refund the undelivered portion.
Cancelling
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing
- The current period and any setup fee are non-refundable once work has begun
- After the initial three-month term, plans continue month-to-month at the same rate until cancelled
Chargebacks
- A chargeback or payment reversal pauses the disputed work while the dispute is reviewed
- We answer a chargeback with the full evidence pack: the agreement, your Order, delivery and monitoring records, and our communications
- We decline future service only for documented fraud, misuse, or repeated abusive disputes
- Talk to us first — the cure ladder above resolves most issues faster than a bank dispute
